We welcome tutorials, opinions, industry insights, practical guides, and emerging technology trends. The agenda is that your content should be accurate, engaging, and relevant to the audience.

Submissions We Cannot Consider

To maintain the quality and credibility of our blog, we only accept original and well-researched content. This enhances the blog’s credibility. Moreover, we do not publish generic topics, plagiarised or duplicate content, articles already covered on our website, or fully AI-written content without originality or personal insights. Articles on drugs, gummies, Adult, Casino, CBD, Crypto Promotions, sponsored press releases, General Business, Recruitment, Career Advice, Immigration, Jewelry, Real Estate, and local services are strictly prohibited.  Submissions lacking credible evidence and mass-produced content are also not entertained. We welcome contributors who are passionate about sharing technical knowledge with the audience and inspiring the tech community.

Informative, Not Promotional

We publish articles that educate and inform readers. We do not accept content created solely for backlinks, link building, brand promotion, or sales purposes. The content should be genuine and should provide value.  If you’re submitting through our Technology Write for Us program, your article should be unique and should contain original perspectives.

Use a Proper Heading Structure (H2–H6)

Organize your content with a clear heading hierarchy using H2, H3, H4, and other relevant heading tags. A proper structure improves content readability, helping both readers and search engines understand your content.

Copyscape-Free Content

Every submission must be 100% original and free from plagiarism. Duplicate content is not encouraged. Any copied or lightly rewritten material will be rejected. Only authentic content is entertained.

Unique Content with Strong Insights and Evidence

Your article should present fresh ideas and expert knowledge rather than repeating commonly available information. Uniqueness is the key factor. Support your points with reliable data and case studies to enhance trustworthiness.

High-Quality Writing

High-quality writing delivers value through accurate information and well-developed explanations. The tone of the content should be reader-friendly and easy to decode. 

Minimum 1,200 Words (Recommended 1,500–2,000 Words)

Blogs should contain at least 1,200 words to cover the topic in sufficient detail. Provide in-depth content with all relatable information. ons. Content should prioritize quality over unnecessary word count.

Spelling and Grammar Error-Free

Proofread your article carefully. Grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors should be avoided. Well-structured content creates a better reading experience.

No Website Links in the First Paragraph

Please avoid including any external or promotional website links in the opening paragraph. The introduction should be short, crisp, and should engage the audience.

Include a Meta Title and Meta Description

Submit an SEO-friendly meta title and meta description with your article. The title should accurately reflect the topic, while the description should summarise it. Keep both concise and relevant to keywords.

Add Infographics, Flowcharts, or Data Statistics

Visual elements make technical content easier to understand. Use pictures, data, and tables to enhance the quality of the content. Infographics help in better engagement and attract online traffic.  

Cite Trusted Sources Where Necessary

Support factual claims with citations from reliable sources. Proper and authentic sources build trust among the audience. This enhances the overall user experience. 

Include Original Screenshots Where Necessary

For tutorials or step-by-step guides, include original screenshots that clearly demonstrate the process. Screenshots help readers create a framework of the content in their minds. Ensure screenshots are relevant and easy to read.

Requirements for Images

  • 5–6 Images: Include 5 to 6 relevant images throughout the article to elevate user engagement.
  • Copyright-Free Images: Use only copyright-free images or visuals. Use images you have access to or permission for. 
  • Minimum 800 Pixels: All images should have a minimum width of 800 pixels to ensure clarity and user comfort across all types of electronic gadgets.
  • Original Visuals Preferred: We encourage contributors to include original diagrams, charts, or screenshots whenever relevant, as these add credibility and value to your content.  

Article Submission Instructions

Step 1: Send Your Topic Ideas

Before writing the blog, email 2–3 technology-related topic ideas to technoblogsonline@gmail.com. Include a brief description of each topic that has originality and relevance. 

Step 2: Wait for Topic Approval

Our editors will review your suggestions. Once your topic is approved, we’ll notify you. You can start working on the chosen topic accordingly.

Step 3: Submit Your Final Draft

After completing your article, send the final draft to technoblogsonline@gmail.com along with relevant images, proper content, and supporting references.

Path to Publication

Content Review: We evaluate the article for originality, readability, and overall quality. A good structured content will find space in the digital realm automatically.

Fact Verification: Any factual claims, statistics, or technical information are reviewed for accuracy. Facts should be original and authentic.  

Plagiarism Check: Every submission is checked to ensure it is original and plagiarism-free, checked with Copyscape. Plagiarised content initiates low rankings.

SEO Review: Our editorial team reviews the article for proper formatting. A proper structure, keyword placement, and metadata improves you content quality and uplift overall SEO practices.

Publishing Approval: Once the article successfully passes all review stages, it is approved for publication on our website.

All submitted articles are carefully reviewed, following our editorial guidelines. If any modifications are required, we will contact the author and request the necessary revisions. If a submission is not approved, we will notify the author as well. Citing reasons for rejection of their write-up. Authors whose articles are not accepted are always welcome to resubmit the same content for future reference.
